Repairing your propeller includes straightening, correcting the pitch angle, moderate amount of welding to restore the blades as close to original as economically possible, balancing and refinishing to a new undamaged look.

Excessive welding will increase repair costs. We will contact you if this applies.

Packaging your repaired propeller in a manner that assures it will not be damaged in shipping.

Customers that send us a propeller for repair that is not repairable will be offered a new propeller at a discount price, lower than our internet price.

All internet repairs are shipped within 5 business days after we receive it.

We are a certified propeller repair facility by the National Marine Propeller Association.
Below is a 22” 4-Blade propeller we repaired for a customer who purchased it from us a month earlier. We were able to reset the rake, track, pitch, balance and keep a Class 1 tolerance. Please note that the damage to this propeller was excessive and cost the customer more than our regular repair price but was less than 50% of a new propeller.
